Hello, My sister is pursuing B.Sc. In biotechnology 1st year in Andhra Pradesh. She would like to switch to other college as she is not happy with the coaching. Can she move to any good college in Bangalore and continue her 2nd year B.Sc. She will complete her 1st year B.Sc. This year.
