No, B.Sc. Hons. in Computer Science is a three year course, while B.Tech CSE is of four years. Hence, both are not equal. B.Tech CSE or other stream students are eligible to apply for GATE, UPSC-IES, etc. While B.Sc. Hons. are not eligible for these. Hence, both the courses are not equal.
