For B.Sc. In Computer Science in India colleges, is it necessary to complete chemistry as a subject in IB.

Hello Zehhra Mirza, for doing B.Sc. In CS there is no necessity of having chemistry at the level of 12th or equivalent. You can definitely and surely think of doing this course even if you have not taken Chemistry as a subject. Best wishes to you.
