B.Sc. Microbiology from amity university, Noida alone with learning german from another institute. Any suggestion or comment?
I have scored 82.5% in 12th (2019) and I'm currently looking for online courses too.

Yes if you want to complete your Diploma in foriegn language then you can complete from out side of amity but I think it will be better for you to complete your foriegn language Diploma from inside the campus if they have good faculty for German language but yes if you have connected with good institutions who provide Diploma in German language then you go with that institute. -
You can learn foreign languages like German, french, Chinese and Spanish along with your course you opt to study. It's mandatory to choose any one of the foreign language along with your course it's a part of your curriculum.
