B-Schools charge hefty fees and do not offer enough scholarships to students from EWS. Is this morally correct?

Business education and, in particular, its flagship qualification, the MBA has been getting gradually more costly with each passing year. There are two types of B-Schools, one which are there for making a lot of money (most of the private ones).
Second are the ones like IIMs which provide great education and opportunities and charge heavily for that (according to me which is totally justified).
