B.Tech:7.2 CGPA / 63 % Suggest me some good univ in canada for M.Engg?I am also preparing for GRE will it help me for canada?

I am working as a Telecom Engg. my 12th % is 68%,have B.tech score of 7.2 CGPA out of 10 equivalent to 63%. Can i apply only on basis of CGPA only? I am also preparing for GRE will its score help me getting a decent univ? Pls suggest me some Univ in canada which can meet my eligibility criteria?

WHy dont you explore Infrastructure Management courses. There are companies like L & T, Sunil HiTech, NCC wanting managerial talent. BTech candiate is best suited for this.
