There is no BEd. for Computer Science in full time as well as in distance education. MCA, BTech, MSc(Computer science) and PGDCA after any Master degree is sufficient for Computer science teacher. Hi Gaurav, If you intent to pursue a career in the field of education and research, I would advise you to opt for the M.tech degree instead of B.Ed, as correctly mentioned by Neeharika, there isn't any B.Ed in the subject of Computers.
