Most of the good B Schools abroad prefer experienced students. In order to get admission as a fresher following is suggested (a) Very high GRE score (b) Recommendation letter from international reknowned faculty of your graduation college (c) Excellent statement of purpose (d) Rec letter for social service or support / work on social causes.
