B.tech holder n working as a software developer from 2 yrs. please suggest higher studies to get better position with better salary.

I studied diploma n B.tech in cs.I m a software developer in .net n SQL. I've 2 years of exp.I m getting good salary.I want to get into such position where I won't have to do much coding,may be technical manager kind of job. Suggest me higher studies to get better position with better salary.
