i have intrest in information technology but can't decide what to do b.sc (I.T) OR b.tech (I.T)

both are very good. if u could spare time see the syllabus of both and then see with which u r comfertable. choose according to ur interest.

B.Tech IT is much better and advanced Degree course. In case you want to do BSc IT then also do some Diploma courses in IT along with BSc IT which will add value to your qualification.
