b.tech in E.I. & work-EX as software test engineer,doing MBA in IT,needed guidance which programming language to do or which module of SAP?

what should i do so that my MBA in IT can be more fruit full. i don't have the knowledge of any of the programming language.but want to pursue my carrier as business associate's. i have the work Ex as software test engineer in manual of 1.6 yrs. so pls tell me what associate course i should do so
