Part time M.Tech you can to from distance education of GGSIPU, IIT Delhi, NSIT, DU and IGNOU etc in Delhi. If you want some more please add a comment.

Hi Prateek,
Although, advisable is that you should go for a full time program as M.Tech is a technology driven program which would require a lot of practical exposure. However, few of the Institutes which you can check fro Part Time M.Tech programs are:
IIT Kanpur
IIT Delhi
Anna University
ITM Univ

why you go for part time M Tech, its not more beneficial, and a very few Institution offers this. Qualify GATE and take admission you get also stipend at MTech.
