Depends. If you want to pursue career in technical then B.Tech + M.Tech. If you want to pursue career in Management then B.Tech + MBA is good. Also MBA students get more salary then M.Tech students.

The combination depends on your working field requirement as well as on your interest. Both combinations are too good and a lot of reputed institutions are providing the same.

B.Tech + MBA is really good option. Companies prefer students with engineering background for analytical jobs and you get edge over other students.

Well, Its totally depends on your interest which kind of job would you like to do either in the technical field or in the managerial field. But If you were talking about the earnings of the both M.Tech and MBA person The packages offered to MBA Personnel is always an upper hand.

It's depends on you. If you are more into the technical side then you must go for M.Tech but if you are more towards management side than you must opt for MBA. Even I have done B.Tech and now I'm taking admission in MBA college after 2yr of work experience.

I think B.Tech +MBA is better option than B.Tech+M.Tech because with MBA you'll get so many options with higher promotion chances and very soon you'll get managing post with average 7lacs+ per annum package.

Yes for Ph.D. Tech is necessary unless you have excellent marks with some experience. Now for engineering students, CSIR-NET is not in progress as new government removed it. GATE is the common score card for Ph.D.
