Hi Lalatendu, Physiotherapy has a very good scope in UK and Australia. In UK it is a 1 year course. And in Australia the duration varies.
But Physiotherapy being a clinical course it is not possible for International Students to pursue the course without proper registration. In UK it is quite easy

Physiotherapist have a good future in Canada...U can apply in for a student visa which will give an edge to start off your career in Canada...as you know that you need to be an registered physiotherapist.....and if you go in for post grad diploma in Canada you will not only have the Canadian standar

A Masters would be better i.e. MPT and then some good experience.
