Based on my 19% percentile CAT score ( CMAT & NMAT exam is due) Cant wait for another year please suggest some colleges with this score

You might want to give private colleges a try. With a 19 percentile score let's be honest government colleges will not approach you however, applying voluntarily to a private college will increase your chances of not skipping a year and from there on you can work on building your profile for a good job during your master's programme.
