I don't know about 2021 rankings but as per the latest rankings CU is ranked #20 in NIRF 2024. Chandigarh University stood out among many private institutions, and it's reflected in its engineering disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering. Yes I would strongly recommend you Chandigarh University for mechanical engineering. Chandigarh university is NAAC-A+ university and ranked 77 in nirf ranking 2021.
