BBA (Hons) with GNIIT (BSIM) is a proactive initiative from your end which has to appreciated and company want to recruit Trainee/ Freshers in the Jr. Management Level will defintely prefer your profile as it is a blend of Business Administration and Systems+Information Management.
You decision to inculcate experience and then pursue an MBA is also well Appreciated as it would makes you assimilate the management education and enable you to understand the concepts at ease.
Good Luck for your bright future!!!
