Almost all colleges of Delhi NCR offering this course have low fees and offers best education in this rate.

GGSIPU, UPES_ Delhi, Symbiosis, JMI, Indian Law Institute, Amity (gives great scholarships) are the institutes offering BBA LL.B. with moderate fees. You can also refer to this link
