BBA or B.Sc in biotech, what should I do before pursuing MBA in HR?

You should go for BBA in HR, then go for MBA in HR and B.Sc in Biotechnology is totally different stream.

It depends on your interest. After both the subject u can pursue mba(hr). There are no issues.

A good college matters but sometimes student fail to get a good college due to various reasons. So it is advisable that score well in grad. Your marks will matter. A good academic record is very important to get into a reputed bschool for mba/pgdm curriculum. All the best.
