BBA is an inter-disciplinary generic 3 years duration degree. This will give you exposure to Business Management basics. You will able to get supervisor role jobs after BBA, as it is not a specialized degree. If you want growth you will have to do MBA after BBA. BTech is bachelor's degree of 4 year

No of graduates passing out every year in both BBA & BTech are very high in comparison to new jobs available in market. This challenge is always there and will continue. Do well in acedmic and extra curricular activities to have good career.
