BCA 72%, 3.5 yrs BPO exp(previous) and software developer with 4.5 yrs exp (current) age 30, will GMAT be good idea??

I wanna pursue my pg (MBA IT) for a senior profile. Will preparing for GMAT be a good options and what's gonna be the placements (for full time and part time courses) Thanks
