Hi Hemant,
Although Tamil Nadu Open University is UGC recognized but then to be eligible for pursuing a graduation, it is mandatory to have cleared your 12th from a recognized board and until then you shall not be eligible for any graduate degree course.

if you want after 10th only technical line in diploma open for you. no graduation offer any univercity after 10th.

12th is needed for any graduations. After 10th i don't think any graduation starts. Even if u finish this u will find difficulty in finding the job.

you can do BCA only after 12th or 3 year diploma(after 10) , you cannot do direct BCA after 10th class
