bca frm smu,now doeacc A level,preffer gov jobs, next what to do B level or MCA

bca frm smu(59%), now doing A level frm nielit,i preffer gov jobs whether IT based or other, what to do nxt B level or MCA full time or should I only go for gov exam preparation without any higher study.
