ya that depends upon ur interest,but BCA is a Bachelor of computer application and Bsc is the bachelor of science.What i feel is computer courses can be learn outside but u can't in science.And u can get certificates for the computer courses also.If u really interested in computer programming and

Btech is good after 12th if you have non medical in 12th B tech is professional degree , if you go for BCA then you will have to go for MCA to equilent to Btech , and today company also prefer Btech degree as compare to BCA
