There are many colleges in Delhi which offers B.Com. Many colleges of Delhi University offer it. Also Jamia Millia Islamia University offer it. Many colleges of IP University also offered. And many more private colleges in Delhi NCR offering B.Com.

May be but your percentage is bit low , you should apply other colleges too like Jamia Millia Islamia University
