before this i had asked if i could do mhrm before mba in hr ? and now i want to ask another question

i was answered that i should do job for 2 years instead of going for mhrm, but still i want to know that if i will do mhrm before mba in hr will it be beneficial to me. i mean will it elevate my profile?or which 1 has got beter scope . i mean in sence of job availibility, security, pay and progress
