Being a B-tech student how i can pursue IAS?

I am a 1st year B_Tech student in IIITDM JAbalpur branch CSE. I want to pursue IAS but I don't get time here for it's preparation. I also don't know how to initiate. Please help

    Hi,
    UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
    * To be eligible :
    - You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
    - You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
    - Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
    - You must be an Indian citizen.
    * Preparation :
    - Preparation entirely depends on your caliber and understanding of the subject. You may start preparation as you feel comfortable.

    If you are really passionate about becoming an IAS officer, then you'll have to find out time for your preparations along with your studies, you'll have to carry out both the things together, there's no other option, you see. To find out more time, you can reduce the hours you spend for recreation, if you log in to social networking sites, then you'll have to leave it for the sake of your preparations. You can make notes of the subjects you study on a piece of paper and carry them in your pocket always, so that you can at least read them out or learn them when going somewhere or while travelling.
