With the modern globalisation having a massive boost to corporate activity and along with it the openings for company secretaries are on a tremondous growth. The most important aspect is to possess keen interest and passion for the subject. And traits like hard work, confidence, strong determination and dedication can help you crack the exam in one go.

If you have any degree with Company Secretary then it is more useful for you in terms of placement and career growth. Some company wants these but It is not necessary. Commerce is the best combination.
