being an MBA graduate from Guwahati,,,,will the degree provide me a good package salary or my talent & skills is going to decide that ?
A good recognized MBA degree is more necessary or required skills are much important to reside in a metro & this competitve era ?

Skills are important because a degree only help to send you in front of interviewer and skill is the factor that will help you to get job.
