If you are a science stream student then you can go for b.tech with IT specilization otherwise you can go for BCA or BBA.

@indra you are doing hardware and networking so complete your field with standard certification like ccna ccnp nd all.
then if u want to learn programming then start it from basic c language and basic concept.
