Besides JEE What are the other competitive exams I an take for admissions into premier educational institutes.

There are numerous other exams that you can/should give besides JEE Mains to have a good backup college in case your JEE doesn't go well.
1. BITSAT The most prominent exam apart from JEE. A good score in BITSAT can land you up in any one of the three campuses of BITS that is Pilani, Goa or Hyderaba
