Hi Vikas,
It will be difficult to give you the BEST college as the definition of BEST would vary from person to person. Few factors that one should keep in mind while selecting any institute. Some of the factors are:
Recognition/AICTE/UGC approved
Faculty
Infrastructure
Industry visits etc.
