Best career option- IT or management as I have management skill in me and can't keep learning over the years again n again being in IT

Hi I am a BCA graduate from Christ university, Bangalore and right now working in an IT company under work integrated learning program which offers 5 days of work and 2 days of study (M.tech from BITS) on monthly stipend. confused to stick to what I am doing or move on to MBA regular from good Inst.

Whether you are in technical or non-technical field, one has to learn and unlearn throughout life to remain updated and current in respect of business, environment and technology changes etc. Therefore, if you are technically inclined then you may continue with IT field else you may change your stre
