After 12th PCB, Most demanding option is MBBS. However it has very less number of seats as comparison to others. Apart from this we have BDS BSc Nursing BAMS BHMS

MBBS obviously but as it is too tough and the seats are also limited, u can go to various bio related streams like biotechnology, pharmacy, agriculture, nursing, mlt, etc etc.. there are lots of stream to choose. u can take whichever u like...
