If you are looking for affordable universities you may check schools in Germany, Japan, Singapore etc. RWTH Aachen, NUS, University of Hong Kong, Peking University, University of Kyoto and Imperial College London are some.

Differs from country to country. It may range from $5000 to $30000 per year plus living expenses. Education in Germany is almost free, they charge convenience fees of around euro 250 or slightly higher.
