1. Brainware University
2. Adamas University
3. Presidency University, Kolkata
4. Visva Bharati University
5. Jadavpur University.

St. xaviers college Kolkata is the best option for B.Sc. Micrology.

I would suggest St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, West Bengal because it is the best college in not just only in West Bengal, but it has been ranked at 3rd position in all over India.
