Excuse Me, I don't think that after the graduation u will become like a DBA there is need of more Practice and more of Experience is Required. So 10g oracle programming and designing is best suitable for the Oracle Job

Sangita, ur asking is not a very clear one. So far i assume oracle dba course and for this oracle university offers oca & ocp professional certification course from it's own centre at Delhi ,Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai,Banglore and Hyderabad. oracle has learning partners like NIIT,New Horizon also.
