Candidates with PCM desire to become engineers and normally prefer a B.Tech/BE degree programme. For PCB, Medicine is the most preferred stream though B.Sc in Agriculture and Nursing are also demanded. There is also good demand for B.Sc courses in sciences and mathematics from some candidates as well as for new generation courses such as Biotechnology and Bioinformatics as well. For commerce streams, B.Com and BBA are the preferred choices. Arts students can prefer BA courses in Arts subjects.
