Best degree or certificate course for a software developer

I have 10 yrs of exp in the field of software dev with M.Sc(IT) from an Indian university. Currently working as .Net dev/ Analyst(no mgmnt exp). I am planning to move to canada. Which degree or certificate can add value to my CV and give me more visibility in the market. MBA/PMP/somethingelse.

You can either opt for MBA or a PHD degree. Both the degrees(if pursued from good universities) will provide you a solid scope to get a better job in Canada. Also, considering the quantity of work experience that you have, MBA is the best fit option for you. I would also like to suggest you 1 thing
