Both IIT Rishikesh and Roorkee are renowned institutions with a challenging academic curriculum that demands excellence from students. Based on reviews and ratings, IIT Roorkee is considered to have a more rigorous curriculum that places greater emphasis on research and innovation. This may pose a greater challenge for students to maintain a high CGPA, but it also offers them the chance to deepen their knowledge of their field of study and enhance their critical thinking abilities. In general, both institutions are highly competitive and require a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment from their students.

I believe both the colleges are best, it is upto the student how he perceives the things and ACT curriculum are most probably the same so no affect on CGPA.
