BHMS degree holder can pursue MD in Pharmacology and can get job as senior medical officer in allopathic hospital in government sector. And he is eligible to prescribed allopathic medicine?

No,MD in homeopathic medicines is allowed after BHMS, not in allopathic which is exclusively for allopathic graduates (MBBS).
