BITS MS program is not approved from UGC/AICTE/DEC. Am I eligible to do PHD only in BITS but not in any other university..?
I'm currently pursuing my final semester in MS-SS degree with BITS in distance program. I'm planning for my PHD after completing my masters. Heard from few people that I cannot go for a PHD program with any other university other than BITS, for the above reason. Please advice.

if not approved any of concerned universities , thenu have to carry on with the same college or other institutions not validated by above commite
