branch change after second year?

i m studying in second year eee in m.i.t,manipal i got 10 backs this year but didn't got any in first year i have applied for branch change with repeating second year. someone plz help me out ??

Hi, Generally branch change is possible after 1st year. But as you have mentioned that you wish to repeat your 2nd Year after the shift so I would suggest you to without wasting time get in touch with the officials directly. Thanks!
