Hi Divya, Both B.Tech and B.Sc courses have a good scope. However, both the degrees will offer you different career path, B.Sc will take you to the detailing of a development of particular software or programme whereas B.Tech would be more on practical implementation of these developed softwares. B.Tech is Much better than B.Sc IT. B.Tech is a 4 Years Engineering Programme in Information Technology. Where as B.Sc is just the 3 years Degree programme in IT. After B.Sc Again you have to do M.Sc or MCA then only you can able to Compete with B.Tech Students . As M.Sc and MCA is Equivalent to B.T
