BSC/MCA from annamalai university with 3 years gap 12 and bsc. cant find job in other company stuck with same company.kindly advise.
BSC/MCA from annamalai university with 3 years gap 12 and bsc.Now i gradually moved up and working as an oracle l3 support . However due to my poor educational background i am neither getting a decent hike/promotion or able to get into some other company. Kindly advise what shall i do.
