Bsc/MCA from annamalai university with 3 yrs gap b/w 12 & bsc. working as a orcl support staff. What shall i do for better prospects.Pls adv

I am bsc/mca from annamalai university with gap of 3 years between 12th and bsc. I have moved slowly now as an oracle support and learning that but i am not able to get selected for any other company due to correspondence program. Pls help if there is any way forward.
