Well, if you are interested for management roles you may opt for MBA. MBA admissions require 2-3 years of work experience before applying. You must submit GMAT or GRE scores in addition to IELTS or TOEFL. Alternatively you may opt for MS in a desired field. If you are looking for short term programmes, you can opt for PG Diploma in Management or IT related prorgamme depending on your area of interest and career plans.
