btech it or btech cs is better ? and how is amity for btech cs

Obviously, B.Tech in CSE is better than IT. If you have any other option than Amity University, go for it. If Amity is the last option then you go for it.

Tushar b.tech is better if u have gud command in maths and physics.else do bca.
