What is the best course option for a BTech, Mgmt from IIM with 20 years of experience who is interested to pursue a PhD in management either in India or Canada. ( Being a Canadian citizen - I have that option of a country )

IIMs offer FP program. the admission process includes submission of CAT/GMAT score followed by a round of interview.
