Btech mechanical 2012 pass out interested in masters in political science or allied in harvard ,mtc what should i do? wt r my oppurtunities?

I am btech mechanical engineering currently working i am interested in making my masters in political science or allied from a top university like harvard mit oxford etc wat are the requirements? what would be my immediate future my goal is to become an educated politician like jairam ramesh.
